Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled C++ Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern C++, Qt/QML, software architecture, and system-level programming. This role requires leading development teams, driving technical design decisions, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software applications using C++ and Qt technologies.

- Architect scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Develop and maintain applications using modern C++ standards including C++11, C++14, C++17, and C++20.

- Build and enhance UI components using Qt Widgets, Qt 5/6, and QML.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Drive software design discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality initiatives.

- Optimize application performance using multithreading, efficient algorithms, and data structures.

- Debug complex system-level issues using profiling and debugging tools.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams for end-to-end project execution.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and design patterns.

- Manage technical risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.

- Contribute to development planning, estimation, and Agile delivery processes.

- Maintain technical documentation and support release activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C++.

- Hands-on experience with C++11, C++14, C++17, and C++20.

- Strong expertise in Qt 5 and Qt 6.

- Good knowledge of Qt Widgets and QML.

- Strong understanding of STL, multithreading, data structures, and algorithms.

- Extensive hands-on programming experience in C++ application development.

- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with debugging and profiling tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to imaging application development.

- Hands-on experience with Git/GitLab.

- Experience in performance optimization and system-level debugging.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience in distributed or real-time systems development.
