We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a passion for clean and scalable code, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications and systems, with exposure to AI and machine learning projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python applications and services.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications and systems.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, especially in AI and ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in deploying ML models to production.

- Contributions to open-source projects or a personal GitHub portfolio
