Job Description
Job Title : Business Intelligence Developer
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon East, Nesco)
Work Mode : Hybrid (4 days WFO, 1 day WFH)
Timings : 12 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM IST
Interview Process : 2 In-Person Rounds
Travel Guideline : Candidates should ideally live within 1 hour of the office
Experience Required : 48 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop ETL processes to integrate data from various source systems into a business intelligence environment
- Define source-to-target mappings, business rules, and necessary data transformations
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or similar BI tools
- Maintain and enhance data quality through processes and tools
- Build and manage data catalogs, data dictionaries, data marts, and data lakes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Analyze data to support business initiatives in revenue growth, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
- Lead development and support of BI dashboards, reports, queries, and integrations
- Train users on report usage and interpret analytics for actionable outcomes
- Proactively contribute to innovations in data integration and analysis
Mandatory Skills :
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) : Minimum 3 Years
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) : Minimum 3 Years
- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) : Minimum 3 Years
- Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) : Minimum 2 Years
- SQL Server Databases : Minimum 4 Years
Additional Skills (Nice to Have) :
- Power BI (Cloud Services and Report Server)
- QlikView/QlikSense, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar BI tools
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- DevOps/CI-CD experience
- Data lake and reference data environment exposure
- Dimensional data modeling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with tools like R, Python, Scala, SAS for advanced analytics
- Experience in automation and optimization of ETL/data pipelines
- Understanding of data warehouse and data mart methodologies

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage and mentor junior resources, if required
