Job Title : Business Intelligence Developer

Location : Mumbai

Work Mode : Hybrid 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Work From Home

Shift Timing : 12 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM IST

Experience Required : 4 8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Interview Process : 2 In-Person Technical Rounds

Travel Time to Office : Should not exceed 1 hour

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from various sources using SSIS

- Create, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, and other BI tools

- Support and develop solutions using the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)

- Participate in data architecture planning, modeling, and implementation of data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable, data-driven insights

- Maintain data quality, establish data dictionaries, and contribute to data cataloging

- Train business users on BI tools and drive adoption through user-friendly reporting solutions

- Lead design and solution sessions for end-to-end data integration projects

- Develop and support Power BI Cloud Services and report deployment infrastructure

- Monitor BI systems for data consistency, performance, and availability

- Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments (optional but preferred)

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- SQL Server databases : 4+ years

- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) : 3+ years

- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) : 3+ years

- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) : 3+ years

- Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) Stack : 2+ years

- Power BI development and dashboarding experience

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Experience with Power BI Cloud Services or Power BI Report Server

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

- Knowledge of Python, R, or advanced analytics tools

- Experience working with data lakes and large-scale reference data systems

- Background in advanced dimensional data modeling across multiple domains
