About the Role :

Incanus Technologies is looking for a data-driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to transform data into actionable insights, optimize business processes, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze business data.

- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting.

- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.

- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through exploratory data analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and improve business processes.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

- Support product, operations, and leadership teams with ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SQL.

- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.

- Understanding of data visualization and business metrics.

- Familiarity with Excel and data modeling concepts is an added advantage.

Experience :

- 1 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
