Description :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Intake Management processes and workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business use cases.

- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis sessions.

- Support implementation and enhancement of intake management platforms, tools, and workflows.

- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, QA, and Support teams.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and validation activities.

- Create and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and status updates.

- Monitor project progress and support change management activities.

- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and governance practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Intake Management, workflow management, or operational process domains.

- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, business process mapping, and documentation techniques.

- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar BA tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

- Experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of workflow automation and intake/request management systems.

- Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications is an advantage.
