We are looking for a BSW Software Developer with 5 - 10 years of experience in automotive embedded software development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic, Embedded C, communication stacks, ARXML configuration, and RTOS, along with experience in software integration, debugging, and testing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, integrate, and maintain AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules.
- Develop and debug embedded software using Embedded C.
- Configure and integrate Classic AUTOSAR components based on system and software requirements.
- Work on automotive communication stacks including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Configure and manage ARXML files and AUTOSAR system descriptions.
- Integrate and configure RTOS components and support operating system-related activities.
- Perform software integration, debugging, testing, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with application, system, hardware, and testing teams to ensure successful ECU integration.
- Support CI/CD automation and continuous integration activities for automotive software development.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and development processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software integration and communication issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to configuration, integration, testing, and debugging.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5- 10 years of experience in AUTOSAR BSW / Automotive Embedded Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C.
- Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic.
- Strong understanding of AUTOSAR BSW modules and configuration.
- Experience with CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet communication stacks.
- Hands-on experience with ARXML configuration and AUTOSAR tools.
- Good understanding of RTOS concepts.
- Experience with software integration, debugging, and testing.
- Exposure to CI/CD automation and development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred :
- Experience with AUTOSAR configuration and development tools.
- Knowledge of CAN diagnostics, UDS, or other automotive protocols.
- Exposure to functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of automotive ECU integration and validation.
