Role & responsibilities :

We need candidates who can be a good fit for a Product Owner + SGL (Team Leader) position who bring leadership and social skills as well as the technical understanding. Do not apply if you have not handled a team as a disciplinary manager, only technical candidates are not a right fit.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of Digital Services. In addition, you are responsible to manage the portfolio of services offered to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong service management experience with agile practices.

Minimum Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of experience in the field of Cloud Dev tools.

Preferred Qualification :

- Candidates with a bachelors/master's degree and additional certifications in AWS / GCP dev tools or a related area will be given preference.

Responsibilities :

- Understanding of Software Development Artifacts

- Experience on CI/CD Processes

- Experience on AWS/GCP Workload Management

- AWS or GCP Certificate could be PLUS

- Understand & Analyse Business Need and/or Current Problem

- Contribute on Design and architecture for the potential Solution Proposal

- Evaluate Business Value of Solution Proposal and provide input for prioritization of team-backlog

- Active contribution of Agile Team rituals (Sprint Review / PI Planning / Customer Review)

- Be active on spotting improvement points on Platform and Services increase Operational Excellence and decrease Run Cost

Preferred candidate profile :

Skillset :

- Strong background in service management, particularly around service onboarding, portfolio management, and service lifecycle (from a consumer perspective).

- Experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of teams in an international setup.

- Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Office365.

- Experience with Kanban systems for service and task management.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills able to engage clearly and confidently with stakeholders in Europe and across Bosch.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

- Ability to generate new ideas for service improvement and drive their implementation in alignment with global strategy.

- A broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT services, including servers, networks, databases, IT security, protocols will be very helpful
