About the job :

With at least 7 years of product management experience, including substantial hands-on expertise with the Salesforce Platform and complex incident resolution, you will lead technical solutions from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Resolve complex Level 3 incidents and production issues on the Salesforce Platform, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business disruption.

- Deliver high-complexity enhancements and integrations by leading cross-functional teams, driving technical solutions from concept through deployment with measurable impact.

- Implement and manage production hotfixes, maintaining application stability and compliance with organizational standards.

- Lead integration break-fix efforts, troubleshooting and optimizing interfaces between Salesforce and external systems to restore functionality and improve reliability.

- Design, develop, and oversee custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Configure and enhance Salesforce Platform security, sharing rules, and data modeling to meet business requirements and regulatory compliance.

- Optimize platform performance and scalability through proactive monitoring, tuning, and automation, achieving targeted performance metrics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

Required Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Platform configuration and administration

- Expertise in JavaScript for custom development within Salesforce

- Strong experience with Salesforce sharing and security models

- Hands-on development with Salesforce Apex triggers and Apex programming

- Proficient in Visualforce page creation and customization

- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and schema design

- Development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern user interfaces

- Automation using Salesforce Flow

- Expertise in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for data manipulation

- Experience with Apex Web Services and asynchronous Apex processing

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with large-scale Salesforce integrations and API management

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments

- Knowledge of advanced Salesforce analytics and reporting tools

- Experience with enterprise-level data migration strategies

- Understanding of Salesforce release management and sandbox strategies

Desired Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
