Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Developer based in Bangalore, you will serve as a technical anchor within our engineering team, driving the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on development, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET to ensure high availability and performance for our global user base.

- Engineer intuitive and performant frontend interfaces using TypeScript to enhance user engagement and system usability.

- Manage end-to-end software delivery by implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, reducing deployment friction and accelerating time-to-market.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize infrastructure, ensuring that our applications are secure, resilient, and cloud-ready.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement proactive monitoring solutions to minimize downtime and improve system stability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET, with a deep understanding of design patterns and clean code principles.

- Proven ability to develop complex frontend components using TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.

- Strong proficiency in version control workflows using Git, enabling efficient collaboration within large, distributed engineering teams.
