You will play a crucial role in leading our technical team and ensuring the successful delivery of our products.


You will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of our software solutions, maintaining high-quality code standar.


As a Technical Lead, you'll :


Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.


- Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.


- Oversee the development and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.


Development :


- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.


- Utilize AWS services for application hosting, data storage, and other infrastructure needs.


Quality Assurance :


- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.


- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.


- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.


Project and Team Management :


- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables. Develop timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress for timely delivery.


- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.


- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members professional growth.


- Facilitate team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.


To WIN, you'll need :


Experience :


- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development (using Node.js - Preferred).


- Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and database management (SQL, NoSQL & Redis).


- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a startup environment.


Skills :


- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express).


- Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and microservices.


- Expertise in database design, optimization, and management.


- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of developers.


- Strong organizational and time management skills.


- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
