Role Overview :

As a Python Fullstack AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between sophisticated AI models and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and enterprise stakeholders to architect and deploy end-to-end applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments. Your work will directly influence how our clients leverage Generative AI to optimize business workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance user engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable full-stack applications using Python to ensure seamless integration between backend services and frontend interfaces.

- Design and implement LLM-driven features, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to deliver context-aware AI solutions.

- Collaborate with data science teams to transition AI models from experimental notebooks into robust, high-performance production APIs.

- Optimize application performance and latency to ensure a smooth user experience when interacting with complex Generative AI outputs.

- Maintain high standards of code quality and system architecture to support the long-term maintainability and security of enterprise-grade software.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Python-based frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django alongside modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular.

- Proven ability to integrate and orchestrate Large Language Models using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to solve specific business challenges.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including vector databases, embeddings, and model deployment strategies in cloud environments.

- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon, demonstrating self-motivation and a collaborative mindset.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by 5 - 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development.
