Bounteous - Lead Agentic AI Engineer

Description :

- Design and develop scalable agentic AI platforms and autonomous workflow systems

- Build cloud-native microservices and orchestration layers using Python

- Develop multi-agent communication systems, memory management, and AI workflow orchestration

- Integrate LLMs, APIs, enterprise tools, and external data systems into intelligent agent frameworks

- Deploy and manage distributed AI solutions across Google Cloud and AWS environments

- Build secure, scalable, and highly available AI-driven platforms

- Develop orchestration pipelines for intelligent automation and AI task execution

- Work closely with Product, Architecture, and AI/ML teams to deliver enterprise AI capabilities

- Drive end-to-end software delivery including development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization

- Troubleshoot complex distributed system and orchestration issues

- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to technical leadership initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of software engineering experience

- Strong expertise in Python development

- Experience building workflow-driven or agent-based systems

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud and/or AWS platforms

Cloud & Infrastructure Skills :

- GKE / EKS

- Cloud Run

- EC2

- AWS Lambda

Messaging & Orchestration :

- Google Pub/Sub

- SQS / SNS

- Step Functions

- Strong experience with microservices-based architecture

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong understanding of API development and distributed system integration

- Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications

AI & Agentic Platform Expertise :

- Experience working with LLM-based agents and AI orchestration frameworks

- Understanding of agent planning, memory, communication, and tool execution

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

- Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise tools into AI systems

- Exposure to Vertex AI, Bedrock, or similar AI platforms is preferred
