Position : Sr. Manager / Manager - IT Network Operations

Role & Responsibilities :

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting) :

- Help IT infra team to designing network architectures systematically considering future business plan

- Setting up network infrastructure to support business operation

- Implement best practices for all network component/Hardware like F/W, WAF, switches, load balancer...etc

- Make sure all regulatory compliances for network component are complaint

- Work with internal & external auditor to close audit finding related to all Network component

- The method of integrating innovative new ideas into established systems

- Examining the issues and inefficiencies with the network

- Controlling the network's physical components, Detecting and resolving network problems

- Monitoring and enhancing network effectiveness

- Preparation of planned upgrades of firmware/versions of network component.

- Purchasing Necessities for a network, Evaluating the network's functionality and viability

- Upgrading hardware by the installation of updated software or replacing with new hardware.

- MIS reports to Senior management

Job specific skills :

Applicants should possess the following attributes :

- Experience in IT/Banking/NBFC sector as Network expert

- Experience in leading Network support team, IT infra-Network operations and project. Should have work experience on data center network as well as branch network/SD WAN.

- Core expertise in troubleshooting network related issues. Experience in handling entire network infra including F/W, WAF, Switches, Load Balancer ...etc.

- Experience on working with Palo alto/Fortinet firewall, Big F5 WAF, cisco switches, IPS/IDS, proxy solutions.

- Experience in design and implementation of enterprise level network architecture.

- Experience in handling internal & external regulatory IT audits and closer of IT audit findings related to Network component.

- Knowledge of cyber security compliance related to network infra and working experience with cyber security team.

- Experience in Banking & NBFC will be preferred

- Must have experience in people management and performance evaluation

- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications :

- BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech, MBA/PGDBM, BCA, MCA, MSc (Statistics), BSC, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant domain experience.

Certification : CCNA/ CCNP/ any Network product base certification

Minimum Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in network operations
