BMC Control-M Administrator :

We are looking for an experienced BMC Control-M Administrator to manage enterprise workload scheduling, automation, monitoring, and production support across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Control-M components and agents across Windows, Linux, and UNIX.

- Create, modify, monitor, and manage batch jobs and workflows.

- Troubleshoot job failures, performance issues, dependencies, and scheduling problems.

- Perform Control-M health checks, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.

- Manage calendars, resources, security profiles, and scheduling policies.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams for integrations and deployments.

- Implement automation and monitoring improvements to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort.

- Participate in 24x7 on-call support, incident management, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills :

- 6-8 years of Control-M Administration experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Control-M Workload Scheduling and Automation.

- Experience across Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

- Knowledge of job dependencies, calendars, resources, and security.

- Experience with upgrades, patching, monitoring, and automation.

- Good communication and incident-management skills.
