Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bluetooth Developer with strong expertise in embedded firmware development, Bluetooth Classic/BLE protocols, and audio technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing Bluetooth-enabled embedded systems, implementing audio profiles, and optimizing firmware for wireless connectivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for Bluetooth-enabled devices.

- Implement and optimize Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Bluetooth Audio, and Bluetooth 6.0 features.

- Develop and customize Bluetooth profiles, services, and protocol stacks for embedded platforms.

- Build multi-threaded applications on RTOS-based embedded systems.

- Integrate Bluetooth with USB, SDIO, Wi-Fi, and other connectivity interfaces while ensuring interoperability.

- Develop and optimize DSP/audio processing components for wireless audio applications.

- Troubleshoot firmware issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.

- Work closely with hardware, software, and validation teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and continuous integration activities.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow Agile development practices.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in embedded firmware development.

- Strong programming skills in C/C++; proficiency in Python for automation and testing.

- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Classic, BLE, Bluetooth Audio, Bluetooth 6.0, and BLE Profiles & Services.

- Strong knowledge of embedded RTOS and multi-threaded application development.

- Experience with system-level firmware development and debugging.

- Familiarity with DSP/audio frameworks such as Tensilica HiFi, Kalimba DSP, or similar.

- Experience with USB, SDIO, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi coexistence and interoperability.

- Proficiency with version control and defect tracking tools such as Git, SVN, Jira, or Bugzilla.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with True Wireless Stereo (TWS) features and role switching.

- Knowledge of Google Fast Pair, Voice Assistant integration, and Bluetooth certification/compliance testing.

- Experience with consumer audio/video products and wireless audio ecosystems.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
