Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint ISC / IdentityIQ (IIQ) Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, RBAC, and automation, with the ability to independently drive implementation and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.

- Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows.

- Perform application onboarding, connector configuration, provisioning, deprovisioning, and account aggregation.

- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access governance, and certification campaigns.

- Develop and maintain identity governance workflows, approval processes, and access policies.

- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, HR systems, and cloud platforms.

- Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline IAM operations and integrations.

- Troubleshoot complex IAM/IGA issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver scalable identity solutions.

- Support audits, compliance initiatives, access reviews, and security governance activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA).

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- Experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts, identity governance, and access management.

- Experience with application onboarding, connector development, and access provisioning.

- Expertise in RBAC, access certification, access requests, and governance policies.

- Experience implementing identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).

- Strong scripting skills using Python and PowerShell.

- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid IAM environments.

- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs.

- Experience with ServiceNow, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, or Delinea integrations.

- SailPoint ISC and/or IdentityIQ certifications.

- Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
