Role & Responsibilities :

- Define and own the blockchain architecture for enterprise-grade decentralized applications and platforms.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions using technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, or other relevant protocols.

- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain networks, consensus mechanisms, smart-contract frameworks, wallets, nodes, and infrastructure based on business requirements.

- Lead the architecture and development of smart contracts, tokenization platforms, DeFi solutions, Web3 applications, and blockchain integrations.

- Design integration between blockchain networks and existing enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and microservices.

- Establish architectural standards for security, scalability, performance, availability, and interoperability.

- Review smart contracts and blockchain implementations for security vulnerabilities, gas optimization, performance, and maintainability.

- Provide technical leadership to blockchain developers, backend engineers, DevOps engineers, and other technical teams.

- Define technical roadmaps, conduct architecture reviews, and make technology decisions aligned with business objectives.

- Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, security teams, and engineering leadership to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design and implement blockchain node infrastructure, deployment strategies, monitoring, and disaster-recovery mechanisms.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 8-10 years of overall software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in blockchain/Web3 technologies.

- Proven experience as a Blockchain Architect, Lead Blockchain Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Senior Blockchain Developer.

- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, P2P networks, and decentralized applications.

- Hands-on expertise with one or more blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum/EVM, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, or similar platforms.

- Strong experience with Solidity and smart-contract development; experience with Rust, Go, Java, Node.js, or TypeScript is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 and other relevant token standards.

- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, databases, event-driven systems, and blockchain infrastructure.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience working in fintech, banking, payments, supply chain, digital assets, Web3, or other enterprise blockchain applications would be an advantage.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
