Role Overview :

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform raw data into actionable insights and enable data-backed decision-making. You will work closely with product, tech, and business teams to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform quantitative analysis to generate meaningful business insights

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Python

- Analyze player behavior and game performance metrics

- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic actions

- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize gameplay and monetization

- Track KPIs and provide deep-dive analysis on trends and anomalies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL (large & complex datasets)

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

- Gaming industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)
