About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex customer implementations and adoption of application security solutions.

The role combines technical consulting, solution design, implementation delivery, and customer advisory.

You will work closely with engineering, DevSecOps, security, and business stakeholders to integrate application security capabilities into customers' software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of application security solutions across enterprise customer environments.

- Understand customer business objectives, application architecture, security requirements, and technical landscape.

- Design scalable implementation and integration approaches aligned with customer requirements.

- Lead discovery workshops, technical discussions, solution design sessions, and implementation planning.

- Integrate security solutions with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and development workflows.

- Configure, deploy, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions across customer environments.

- Work with customer engineering, security, DevOps, and IT teams to drive successful adoption.

- Provide guidance on SAST, SCA, DAST, vulnerability management, secure development, and software supply chain security.

- Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and potential roadblocks and drive them to resolution.

- Lead UAT, validation, production deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation activities.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor and recommend best practices for application security and DevSecOps maturity.

- Manage multiple customer engagements and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

- Provide technical insights to account teams and identify opportunities for customers to derive additional value from existing solutions.

- Create implementation plans, architecture documents, technical specifications, configuration guides, and other project documentation.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to implementation methodologies, reusable assets, and delivery best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in implementation consulting, professional services, technical consulting, solution engineering, customer success engineering, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of Application Security, DevSecOps, SDLC, and software vulnerabilities.

- Hands-on software development experience in Java, C/C++, C#, or equivalent programming languages.

- Strong scripting/automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or similar technologies.

- Experience integrating enterprise security solutions into CI/CD and DevOps environments.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and modern application architectures.

- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, networking, and enterprise application environments.

- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across customer environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

- Proven ability to independently manage multiple customer implementations.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAST, SCA, DAST, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security.

- Experience with application security platforms such as Black Duck, Fortify, Checkmarx, Veracode, SonarQube, Snyk, or similar solutions.

- Knowledge of security testing methodologies and network protocols.

- Experience with SaaS and on-premise deployments.

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CSSLP, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience working with globally distributed teams and enterprise customers.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
