Role Overview :

As a Fullstack/DevOps Engineer, you will bridge the gap between application development and infrastructure operations to build robust, scalable security platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, deploy, and maintain high-performance services that integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD pipelines.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our security tools remain resilient and efficient, directly impacting how our global customers manage their software vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and Java to enhance the functionality and performance of our security platforms.

- Design and implement scalable REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration between internal services and external client environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization across production environments.

- Streamline development workflows by building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines that accelerate release cycles and improve code quality.

- Optimize system performance and reliability by managing Linux-based infrastructure and troubleshooting complex technical bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with product managers and security researchers to translate technical requirements into secure, maintainable codebases.

- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards to improve interoperability and data exchange across our distributed service architecture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with a strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Java for building enterprise-grade applications.

- Proven ability to design and document RESTful APIs that are secure, performant, and easy for third-party systems to consume.

- Deep operational knowledge of Linux environments, including shell scripting, system administration, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, for managing microservices at scale.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, combined with 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

- Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, maintaining high productivity and clear communication across distributed teams.
