We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2- 4 years of experience to join our team in an in-office role based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React for frontend development and Spring Boot for backend services. Experience in Android development will be an added advantage.

Essential Skills :

- Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, State Management, Component Lifecycle)

- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot & Node.js (MERN Stack) Backend

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience or exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar for development productivity

Desirable Skills :

- Experience in Android Development (Java/Kotlin)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Basic understanding of AI/ML integrations (APIs, automation tools, prompt engineering, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Spring Boot

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services

- Integrate and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, automation, and problem-solving

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an in-office environment

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

- Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of applications

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practice

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
