Junior to Associate Developer :

3 to 4 years experience | Bangalore, India (In-office)

What we need :

- Python Mastery: Solid experience building scalable, performant, and secure API services, adhering strictly to clean code practices and software architecture fundamentals.

- React / Next.js: Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js strongly preferred). Capable of building intuitive, responsive user interfaces and effectively managing client-side state.

- Microservices Architecture: Demonstrated experience working with microservices in production environments. Understanding of inter-service communication protocols (REST, gRPC) and basic containerization principles (Docker).

- Database & SQL Competency: Strong understanding of relational databases. Ability to design clean database schemas and write optimized, performant SQL queries that scale efficiently under load.

What you would actually do :

- Develop the Core Agent Engine: Build and maintain the core Python backend services powering our AI agent. Construct robust, decision-making workflows with full traceability and audit logs required for highly regulated environments (fintech and insurance).

- Build Embedded UI Surfaces: Design, develop, and integrate user-facing application components that embed directly into existing customer platforms and enterprise applications.

- Direct Founder Collaboration: Work side by side with the founders to define technical specifications, iterate quickly on product feedback, and ship features without intermediate process layers or ticket queues.

Nice to have :

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with asynchronous Python programming (asyncio).

- Exposure to LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.

- Prior exposure to fintech, banking, or insurance domains.
