About the Role :

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who is excited about AI, technology, and solving real-world customer problems. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand business requirements, build AI-powered solutions, and help deploy them in real-world environments.

This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, debugging, and learning quickly.

What You'll Do :

- Work with Product and customer-facing teams to understand customer workflows and requirements.

- Build and customize AI/LLM-powered solutions for real-world use cases.

- Develop prototypes, integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.

- Work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and relevant AI tools/frameworks.

- Debug issues and improve the performance and reliability of deployed solutions.

- Collaborate with Engineering to take successful prototypes into production.

- Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements.

- Learn and work across engineering, AI, product, and customer implementation.

What We're Looking For :

- 0 - 1 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong technical projects are welcome.

- Strong programming fundamentals, preferably Python.

- Understanding of APIs, databases, and basic software engineering concepts.

- Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, or ML projects through internships, projects, or coursework.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to understand ambiguous problems and find practical solutions.

- Strong communication and willingness to work directly with customers.

- High ownership, curiosity, and a strong bias toward learning and execution.

Good to Have :

- Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

- Experience building AI/GenAI projects or deploying applications.

- Familiarity with Git, Docker, cloud platforms, or SQL.

- Interest or exposure to fintech, financial research, or investment workflows.
