Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.

- Review and validate data throughout the collection phase.

- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

- Develop an MIS system for internal and external stakeholders.

- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required.

- Maintenance of Dashboard.

Requirements:

- Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis role.

- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and experience working with ETL tools or data warehousing platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in client interaction, including requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven insights and solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA.
