Role : BI Engineer.

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week).

Contract Duration : Long Term.

Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri).

Location : Hybrid 4x days onsite in Pune, India.

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled BI Engineer with strong experience in MicroStrategy, Power BI, and SQL to design and deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports.

- Optimize data workflows across Snowflake, Oracle, and Azure environments.

- Implement data governance, automation, and quality frameworks.

- Support and mentor the BI team in best practices and performance tuning.

- Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements :

- 3 - 5+ years of experience in BI development and data analytics.

- Proficiency in MicroStrategy, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Unix scripting.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines.

- Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses and AI agents over semantic models.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with retail customer data and data integration best practices.
