Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented BI Data Analyst / Specialist with strong analytical skills to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to design dashboards, perform data analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Experience in building dashboards, reports, and visual analytics for business users

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools

- Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL from multiple data sources

- Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualizations and insights

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analytics needs

- Document metrics, definitions, and reporting logic

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation

- Experience working with large or complex datasets
