BI/Analytics Manager - SQL/Power BI

We're looking for an experienced BI & Analytics Manager to lead a growing team of Data Analysts and Power BI Developers. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong command of SQL, Power BI, and a passion for storytelling with this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BI team.

- Drive performance, ownership, and insight delivery excellence.

- Architect, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI.

- Write and review complex SQL for data modeling, transformation, and validation.

- Own end-to-end analytics projects across departments : Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and more.

- Deliver compelling data narratives to influence strategic decisions.

- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure UI/UX best practices, performance, and data consistency in all dashboards.

- Define a long-term roadmap for self-service BI & advanced analytics maturity.

- Partner with Data Engineering to evolve the analytics ecosystem.

- Automate manual reporting and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements :

- 5-10 years in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Hands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, advanced visuals).

- Strong SQL skills for working with complex and large datasets.

- Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Familiarity with Python and statistical analysis is a plus.
