Bellurbis Technologies - BI Developer - Infor/DataLake

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Infor LN BI Administrator/Developer who will be responsible for administering LN BI applications, managing data models, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.

The role involves working extensively on Birst, d/EPM, Data Lake, data orchestration, dashboards, and custom BI solutions.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, and functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This is a critical role for candidates who enjoy working across ERP, BI, data engineering, and analytics ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

Application & Platform Administration :

Administer Infor LN BI applications including :

- Birst

- d/EPM

- Data Publishing Management

- Infor Data Lake

- Monitor performance, availability, and stability of BI platforms

- Manage user roles, security policies, and access control

Data Modeling & Pipeline Management :

Build, extend, and maintain end-to-end data models across the full lifecycle :

- Connect

- Prepare

- Relate

- Manage ETL workflows and data integration pipelines

- Ensure consistency, scalability, and quality of data models

Data Processing & Orchestration :

- Orchestrate daily update tasks, batch processes, and system jobs

- Validate data accuracy and integrity across systems

- Troubleshoot failures in data refresh and pipeline execution

Solution Development :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions

- Design and develop:

- Custom dashboards

- KPIs

- Analytical views

- Reports

- Work with Infor LN ERP and related modules to enable reporting

Reporting & Analytics :

Design, build, and maintain :

- Operational reports

- Management dashboards

- Financial & performance analytics

Support leadership teams in data-driven decision making

Documentation & Governance :

Maintain detailed documentation for :

- ERP configurations

- BI customizations

- Data flows & system processes

Follow compliance, governance, and audit requirements

User & Project Support :

- Provide technical support to end-users

- Troubleshoot BI & ERP related issues

Support :

- New module implementation

- Version upgrades

- Rollouts & releases

Required Profile :

Professional Experience :

Several years of hands-on experience in :

- Infor LN development

- Business Intelligence platforms

- Birst / d-EPM / Infor ION / Reporting tools

Strong experience working with :

- Infor Data Lake

- SQL databases and data modeling

Technical Skills :

- ERP + BI integration experience

- Data orchestration tools

- Strong SQL programming

- Experience in industrial/manufacturing business processes

- Understanding of enterprise IT architectures

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and logical thinking

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Team-oriented and collaborative

- Customer-focused and proactive

- Strong written and verbal communication

Language Skills :

- Excellent English (written & spoken)

- German language proficiency is an added advantage
