Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, support, and improve software products and applications.

- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Work on one or multiple projects and deliver results.

- Be versatile and enthusiastic to tackle new problems across different technologies.

- Should be willing to learn at least one more technology stack in addition to your current skill.

- Should be willing to be a full stack developer and become proficient in both backend and UI technologies.

- Provide mentorship to software developers.

- Lead a small team of software developers in projects.

- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices within the team, and guide junior developers in using them effectively.

Requirements :

- B Tech from a top institute.

- Passionate about learning new technologies, takes pride in code quality, and a self starter.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards.

- Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices using Agile and Automation.

- Experience in developing mobile apps is a plus Android, iOS, Ionic/React Native/Flutter.

- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

AI Tools & Practices :

- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalent in day-to-day development.

- Ability to effectively use AI tools for code generation, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and test creation with a strong focus on validating and critically reviewing AI-generated output.

- Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) into applications is a plus.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering principles and best practices for developer productivity.

- Understanding the limitations, risks, and responsible use of AI tools in a professional engineering environment (e.g., data privacy, IP considerations, hallucination risks).

- Awareness of AI-powered DevOps and testing tools (e.g., AI-assisted CI/CD, automated test generation) is a plus.

Backend :

- At least 3 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software using Java, Python or similar technologies.

- Solid knowledge of OOP software concepts, design patterns, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of and implementation experience using Core Java, Spring, REST, Relational databases, SQL, JPA, Hibernate/iBatis or Python, Django, SqlAlchemy, Celery, or equivalent frameworks.

- Excellent knowledge of JEE architecture/design patterns or equivalent, Object-Oriented Design.

- Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.

- Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes, is a plus.

- Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Terraform, Python, or Docker is a plus.

- Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Frontend :

- At least 3 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software using Angular, React, or Vue.

- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML & CSS).

- Good knowledge of core JavaScript concepts and design patterns.

- Implementation experience of one or more modern UI Frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).

- Good knowledge of responsive design and progressive web applications.
