Backend Gen AI Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Backend Gen AI Tech Lead to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered backend systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

- AI Solution Design : Design and implement scalable AI-powered backend systems, leveraging Gen AI technologies.

- System Architecture : Develop and maintain the architecture of AI-driven systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and engineering, to drive business growth.

- Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and apply innovative solutions to business problems.

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java

- Experience with Gen Gen AI frameworks and tools eg. Langchain, Langgraph , RAGAS , Vector database

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

Leadership Skills :

- Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on AI

- Experience in leading teams and driving technical innovation.

Nice to Have :

Additional Skills :

- Experience with data engineering and data science.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Job Type : Contractual / Temporary

Contract length : 12 months

Back-end development : 6 years (Preferred)

Gen AI : 6 years (Required)
