Backend Engineer - Python/Golang

Role Overview :

We're looking for Backend Engineers to build robust APIs and scalable data processing systems that power financial document workflows for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build high-performance APIs for document upload, processing, and retrieval

- Develop data pipelines for document analysis and validation

- Optimize database queries and ensure scalable backend design

- Implement business logic around document workflows and compliance

- Collaborate on architecture, write clean/testable code, and debug real-time systems

Must-Have Skills :

- Python or Golang

- REST API design and development

- MongoDB / PostgreSQL

- Git, async programming, production debugging

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in document processing

- Microservices, Docker, testing frameworks
