Job Overview :

We're looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of backend development principles. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend services that power our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services using Python.

- API Development : Build and maintain RESTful APIs for various applications.

- Database Management : Work with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring high code quality through best practices and code reviews.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues in development and production environments.

- Optimization : Optimize backend services for speed, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.

- Programming Language : Strong proficiency in Python.

- Frameworks : Experience with popular Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Databases : Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

- API Design : Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.

- Version Control : Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
