Backend Engineer - LLM Frameworks Development

Role & Responsibilities :

- Agentic AI Platform Delivery

- Develop and maintain autonomous software agents using modern LLM frameworks.

- Build reusable components for business process automation.

- Design agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.

- Enable deployment across CRM systems and enterprise data platforms.

- Generative AI & Model Optimization

- Fine-tune LLMs/SLMs with proprietary NBFC data.

- Work on model distillation, quantization, and edge deployment readiness.

- Self-Learning Systems

- Create adaptive frameworks that learn from interaction outcomes.

- Implement lightweight models to support real-time decision-making.

Ideal Candidate :

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field

4-7 years in AI/ML roles with proficiency in :

- Languages : Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, React, Java

- Tools/Frameworks : LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI

- Platforms : GCP, MS Foundry, Copilot Studio, BigQuery, Power Apps/BI

- Agent Tools : Agent Development Kit (ADK), Multi-agent Communication Protocol (MCP)

- Strong understanding of : Prompt engineering, LLM integration, and orchestration
