Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to design and build scalable, secure, and efficient server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modern backend frameworks, API development, and database management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.

- Maintain and improve existing systems by monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best development practices.

- Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Node.js or Python (Django/Flask).

- Proficient in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience in AWS / Azure / GCP cloud environments.

- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of microservice architecture and API security.

- Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and Agile processes.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
