Backend Developer - Node.js Framework

Description : Backend Developer Node.js

Experience : 7+ Years

Mode of Interview : Face-to-Face (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills :

- JavaScript

- Knowledge of at least one database : MySQL, DB2, Oracle, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend applications.

- Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one unified system.

- Implement user authentication and authorization across various systems and environments.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Ensure accessibility, security compliance, and data protection in all applications.

- Work with messaging systems like Kafka for event-driven architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks/workarounds.

- Knowledge of server-side templating languages and CSS pre-processors.

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies : HTML5, CSS3.

- Familiarity with at least one database : MySQL, DB2, or Oracle.

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka is a plus.

Nice To Have :

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
