About the Role :

As a .NET Backend Developer, youll be responsible for architecting and implementing robust backend systems using .NET / .NET Core, creating and integrating APIs, and collaborating closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.

Youll play a key role in ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and built to scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET / .NET Core.

- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, etc.

- Integrate with external SDKs, APIs, and third-party hardware devices (biometric devices, scanners, payment terminals).

- Work extensively with SQL Server write queries, stored procedures, and optimize performance.

- Maintain high-quality code through unit testing, reviews, and best practices.

- Collaborate across teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) for end-to-end delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance and integration issues.

- Document APIs and workflows using Swagger/OpenAPI or similar tools.

Required Skills :

- Languages & Frameworks : C#, .NET / .NET Core (v3.1+).

- API Development : RESTful services, Web API, Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Authentication & Security : JWT, OAuth2, token-based authentication.

- Integrations : Experience with external APIs, SDKs, third-party devices.

- Database Expertise : SQL Server, data modeling, T-SQL, indexing, performance tuning.

- Version Control : Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

- Testing & Debugging : Postman, Fiddler, xUnit/NUnit.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and parallel processing.

- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud services.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, microservices, and Docker.
