Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Java Backend Developer with 12 years of experience to join our technology team. You will be responsible for supporting the development of backend services and APIs, ensuring application performance, and collaborating with the team to build scalable enterprise-grade applications. Preferably worked on Java or other such backend languages.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based backend applications

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs

- Support the integration of databases, third-party APIs, and internal services

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Work with senior developers to learn and apply best practices

- Perform unit testing and assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team meetings

- Maintain version control using Git

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 12 years of experience in Java development, preferably using Spring Boot

- Familiar with REST API development

- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

- Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git

- Familiar with mongo and redis

- Familiar with Database and Cache layer

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

- Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, or Docker

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
