Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB and working knowledge of Golang or Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, optimizing database performance, and contributing to high-quality application development in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Golang or Java (minimum hands-on

experience required).

- Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and performance.

- Build scalable REST APIs and robust backend components.

- Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality

features.

- Participate in code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot production issues.

- Support deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

- Contribute to improving system scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, replication, performance tuning).

- Working knowledge of Golang or Java for backend development.

- Solid understanding of REST API development, microservice architecture, and backend design

principles.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps workflows.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.

- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of caching, messaging queues, or distributed systems.
