Description :

We are looking for experienced Java Backend professionals to work onsite with a global banking client (NatWest). The role requires strong hands-on development skills, secure coding practices, and excellent client-facing communication.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

- Build scalable Microservices and REST APIs

- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, Spring Security, JWT

- Write clean, testable code following Test Driven Development (TDD)

- Perform unit testing using JUnit / Mockito

- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams

- (For Lead role) Review code, guide team members, and support design decisions
