About the Role :

- Were looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus who enjoys building scalable systems, optimizing databases and solving complex performance challenges.

- This is a backend-heavy Full Stack role. You should be highly comfortable with Node.js and databases, while also having good hands-on frontend experience.

What Youll Do :

- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

- Develop clean, maintainable applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Design, optimize and manage SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Work hands-on with database sharding, indexing, query optimization and performance tuning.

- Identify and resolve application/database bottlenecks.

- Build scalable systems capable of handling high traffic and large data volumes.

- Implement caching strategies and contribute to microservices/distributed-system architecture.

- Develop and integrate frontend features using React or similar frameworks.

- Debug complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.

What Were Looking For :

- 3 to 5 years of relevant software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

- Good frontend experience with React or similar frameworks.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

- Solid understanding of DB sharding, indexing, query optimization and performance tuning.

- Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services.

- Understanding of caching, microservices and distributed systems.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.

- Experience with high-volume/scalable systems will be a strong plus.
