Key Responsibilities :

Operational Support & Monitoring :

- Monitor and support Azure Integration Services, including:

- Azure Logic Apps

- Azure API Management

- Azure Service Bus

- Event Grid and Event-driven integrations

- Support synchronous, asynchronous, publish subscribe and file-based integration patterns

- Proactively identify and remediate integration failures before customer impact

Incident, Problem & Change Management :

- Investigate and resolve:

- Logic Apps run failures

- API errors and timeouts

- Service Bus dead-letter messages

- Event Grid delivery failures

- Perform runbook-driven troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions

- Manage retries, replays, data corrections, and recovery of failed transactions

- Acts as a technical escalation point, engaging Level 3 teams when required

- Supports production releases, patching, and planned maintenance windows

- Participates in major incident management bridges as required

Release & Service Assurance :

- Review and support integration changes and releases into production

- Validate operational readiness, monitoring, and rollback procedures

- Ensure integrations meet SLA, availability, and performance targets

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to resolve cross-system issues

- Maintain and update:

- Integration documentation

- Data flow and sequence diagrams

- Interface catalogues and operational runbooks

- Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve integration reliability and resilience

Qualifications :

Experience Band :

- 5 to 8 years of experience supporting Azure integration or middleware platforms in a production environment.

Technical Skills & Experience :

Essential :

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services

- Solid understanding of:

- API-based integrations (REST, HTTP)

- Event-driven architectures

- File-based integrations (SFTP, batch processing)

- Proven experience supporting production incidents and outages

- Working knowledge of SLA-based operational support models

- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and log analysis tools in Azure

Desirable :

- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) or AZ-204 (Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure) certification

- Experience with ITIL-based service management processes

- Exposure to automation, self-healing, or reliability improvements in integration platforms
