Azure Infrastructure Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI infrastructure to design, deploy, secure, and scale AI workloads using Azure AI Foundry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement AI infrastructure on Azure AI Foundry, covering compute, networking, storage, and security.

- Design and implement Azure Landing Zones, VNets, subnets, private endpoints, and network security for AI workloads.

- Establish secure identity and access frameworks using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and managed identities.

- Set up and manage Azure AI Foundry projects, hubs, model catalogs, and service connections.

- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and custom AI/ML models with enterprise infrastructure.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI and model deployments using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

- Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and version management.

- Configure monitoring, logging, and observability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

- Ensure AI workloads comply with security, data residency, governance, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.

- Collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, security, and application teams to deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions.

Mandatory Skillset :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

- 5+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) / AI infrastructure

- Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry

- Strong knowledge of Azure Architecture and Infrastructure

- Experience with Azure Landing Zones, VNets, Private Endpoints, and Networking

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity, and Azure Security

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and AI/ML models

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions

- Knowledge of MLOps and AI/ML model deployment

- Experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, and data residency

Good to Have :

- Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes / AKS

- Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks

- Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance

- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms on Azure
