We are looking for a highly experienced Azure Data Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based data solutions.

The role involves working across Azure and AWS platforms, with strong expertise in data engineering, architecture design, and cloud governance.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions leveraging modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud data solutions on Azure and AWS.

- Architect end-to-end data platforms including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and analytics solutions.

- Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.

- Develop and support big data processing solutions using PySpark.

- Design data integration strategies across multiple heterogeneous data sources.

- Create data models supporting reporting, analytics, AI, and Machine Learning use cases.

- Define cloud architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

- Evaluate technologies and clearly articulate pros and cons of architectural choices.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.

- Conduct technical workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and internal teams.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards across cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong experience in Azure Databricks

- Hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF)

- Strong knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics

- Advanced proficiency in PySpark

- Strong understanding of Data Architecture and Data Modelling concepts

- Experience in designing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses

- Strong background in cloud architecture (Azure - AWS exposure preferred)
