Aziro - Product Manager - AI Solutions

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager AI to drive the strategy, development, and growth of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management with AI based organization , combined with experience in AI/ML technologies.

This role requires close collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and sales teams to identify market opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver innovative AI solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.

- Prioritize features and product enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

AI Product Management :

- Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to build AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.

- Define product KPIs and measure product success using data-driven insights.

RFI / RFP Management :

- Lead or support responses to RFI, RFP, and RFQ submissions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling solution proposals.

- Translate customer requirements into product and solution capabilities.

- Participate in proposal reviews and customer presentations.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of Product Management experience.

- Experience working in a product-based company.

- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven product development.

- Experience managing product roadmaps and product lifecycles.
