POSITION : Senior Data Scientist

LOCATION : Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

JOB OBJECTIVE : Sr. Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in developing scalable Machine Learning models and their operationalization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in model development using Python/PySpark libraries.

- Strong experience on Spark with Scala/Python/Java.

- Proficiency in building, training, and evaluating state-of-the-art machine learning models.

- Expertise in Statistical and Probabilistic methods (SVM, Decision-Trees, Bagging/Boosting, Clustering).

- Proficiency in Core NLP techniques (Text Classification, NER, Topic Modeling, Sentiment Analysis).

- Hands-on experience with Python data-science packages (NumPy, Pandas, Sklearn, Seaborn, PyCaret, Matplotlib).

- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SparkML, OpenAI).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with collaboration tools (GIT, Jira, Confluence).

- Ability to mentor and guide mid to large-sized teams.

Business & Logical Skills :

- Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.

- Experience in business development initiatives (RFP/RFI responses, proposals).

- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business leaders.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

- B-Tech/BE or Master's in CS, Statistics, Econometrics, or related discipline from Tier 1-2 college.

- 10+ years of proven experience in Advanced Analytics or Machine Learning.

- Understanding of Commercial Pharma landscape and Patient Data is a huge plus.
