Job Responsibilities :

- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all AWS - Axtria AI engagements, owning the technical side of the partnership across pursuits, delivery and co-sell activities.

- Establish and maintain a weekly cadence with key AWS Solution Architects to align on roadmap, new service launches, joint opportunities and active client pursuits.

- Review AWS AI solutions and reference architectures ahead of client meetings and RFP submissions to ensure technical accuracy, differentiation and alignment with AWS best practices.

- Maintain a current roster of AWS account representatives, Partner Development Managers and Solution Engineers, including their account and domain coverage.

- Lead discussions on the AWS AI stack, including Context (knowledge, memory and retrieval), Agents (Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore and agent frameworks) and AgentOps (observability, evaluation, guardrails and governance).

- Coordinate AI solutions presented to clients, ensuring consistent messaging, architecture quality and clear positioning of Axtria's value alongside AWS.

- Partner with Axtria pre-sales, delivery and data science teams to move AWS-based GenAI/Agentic proofs-of-concept into secure, scalable production deployments.

- Create technical documents, reference architectures and joint solution collateral, and interact with clients and AWS leadership on GenAI capabilities and use cases.

Qualification :

- B-Tech or BE in Computer Science / Computer Applications from Tier 1-2 college.

- Master's degree in Machine Learning / Statistics / Econometrics, or related discipline from Tier 1-2 college.

Must have Skills :

- Require 10 - 15 years of experience designing, developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions on the AWS platform, with prior exposure to partner, alliance or pre-sales architect roles.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker AI and agentic frameworks; deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector stores, MCP and multi-agent orchestration.

- Working knowledge of AgentOps practices: tracing and observability, evaluation, guardrails, cost/latency optimisation and Responsible AI governance.

- Python and SQL hands-on experience; strong grounding in AWS data and compute services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and IAM/VPC security fundamentals.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with proven ability to engage AWS Solution Architects, account teams and client CXOs and to support RFP responses.

Skills that give you an edge :

- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect - Professional, Machine Learning Engineer / Specialty or AI Practitioner.

- Life sciences or pharma background, with exposure to commercial analytics, medical or R&D AI use cases and regulated (GxP/HIPAA) environments.

- Experience with AWS co-sell motions, AWS Marketplace and Partner programs; strong analytical skills to model complex business requirements.
