About the Role :

Axiamatic is looking for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who thrive at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, enterprise transformation, and customer delivery. As an FDE, you will work directly with enterprise customers executing complex ERP and IT transformation programs.

Customer and Transformation Engagement :

- Work directly with enterprise customers, transformation leaders, PMOs, architects, functional leads, and system integrators.

- Understand how large ERP and IT transformation programs are structured, governed, and executed.

- Participate in customer discovery, technical workshops, solution design, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements.

- Translate complex business and transformation problems into practical technical solutions.

Engineering and Applied AI :

- Build AI-powered solutions for complex enterprise transformation problems.

- Configure and develop AI agents, analytical workflows, integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise applications.

- Work with LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG, retrieval systems, knowledge bases, and enterprise data.

- Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on customer feedback.

Deployment and Implementation :

- Own technical implementation and deployment of Axiamatic solutions within customer environments.

- Work with customer technology teams to integrate Axiamatic with enterprise systems and data sources.

- Build and work with APIs, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, document repositories, collaboration tools, and data platforms.

Requirements :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role.

- Experience building and deploying production software or technical solutions in enterprise environments.

- Strong experience with backend systems, APIs, data platforms, enterprise applications, or integrations.

- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI-powered applications, or agentic systems.

- Strong software development and debugging skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
