Avaya - Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and enhance reporting dashboards using Superset or Power BI

- Integrate backend services with MySQL/PostgreSQL and analytical systems

- Collaborate with the DevOps and data engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance

- Write clean, testable, and scalable code for both backend and data access layers

- Work with Kafka-based pipelines and participate in CDC and streaming workflows

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Python (Flask) and Go

- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools : Apache Superset or Power BI

- Experience with Azure cloud services

- Hands-on with relational databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL

- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes

- Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Understanding of A&A and RBAC.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience working in data analytics platforms

- Familiarity with Airflow, CDC pipelines, and data lake concepts
