Role : Senior Integration Engineer (Informatica CDI and CAI Lead)

Experience : 8 - 12 years total (minimum 2 - 3 years extensive hands-on delivery on IDMC (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, Cloud Data Quality))

Technical Environment :

- MDM : Informatica MDM SaaS / Business 360 - business entity models, Business 360 Console, match and survivorship configuration, Hierarchy Manager, Reference 360

- Integration : Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Secure Agent runtime, Salesforce / ERP / file / object-store connectors

- Data quality : Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) - rule specifications, profiles, scorecards, cleanse and standardise transformations

- APIs : Business Entity REST APIs, Business 360 ingress/egress services, IDMC platform APIs, OAuth2 / JWT authentication

Role Summary :

Owns the integration and data quality layer around the product master. Hands-on build of ingress and egress pipelines, real-time and API-based integration, and the data quality rule set - while setting the design and build standards the integration team works to.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Build CDI mappings, mapping tasks and taskflows landing source data into the MDM staging layer. Implement source-to-target mappings, type handling, deduplication, rejection handling and reconciliation counts.

- Build publication pipelines pushing golden records, hierarchies and reference data to downstream consumer systems - batch and event-driven.

- Real-time integration : Develop CAI processes, service connectors, process objects and app connections. Expose and consume REST and SOAP services; implement synchronous callouts against Business Entity APIs with retry and fault handling.

- Data quality : Author CDQ rule specifications, cleanse, standardise, parse and labeler transformations, reference dictionaries, profiles and scorecards. Wire DQ checks into the ingress path and define monitoring thresholds.

- Profiling and remediation : Profile legacy source data - percent populated, value distributions, active versus obsolete picklist values - and own the remediation approach for attributes migrating into the master.

- Migration : Build initial and delta load pipelines for existing product and SKU records, with reconciliation, exception reporting and rerun capability.

- Runtime and performance : Configure Secure Agent runtime environments and connectors; tune for volume - partitioning, pushdown optimisation, incremental extracts, job sequencing and scheduling.

- Parameterisation and reuse : Establish reusable assets, mapplets, parameter sets and naming standards so the pipeline estate stays maintainable.

- Operations : Define error handling, alerting, restartability and operational runbooks; support pipelines through test cycles into production.

- Technical leadership : Set build standards, review the work of junior integration resources, and own estimation for the integration workstream.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- IDMC : Minimum 2 - 3 years of extensive, hands-on build on IDMC across Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration and Cloud Data Quality.

- CDI : Strong hands-on build - mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, mapplets, parameterisation, dynamic mappings, error and reject handling, scheduling.

- CAI : Process and orchestration design, service connectors, process objects, app connections; REST and SOAP service exposure and consumption; fault handling and retries.

- CDQ : Rule specifications, cleanse and standardise transformations, dictionaries, profiling and scorecards, and integration of DQ into pipelines.

- MDM integration : Direct experience integrating with an MDM platform - ingress and egress patterns and working against MDM APIs.

- Connectors : Salesforce, ERP (SAP or Dynamics), flat file and cloud object storage; understanding of connector limits, API quotas and bulk versus row-level operations.

- SQL and volume : Strong SQL; demonstrable experience with high-volume loads, reconciliation and performance tuning.

- Ownership : Track record owning an integration workstream end to end, including design and estimation.

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Informatica certification in CDI, CAI or CDQ.

- Event-driven publication - messaging, streaming or webhook-based patterns.

- CI/CD and automated asset promotion across IDMC orgs using platform REST APIs.

- Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, or Metadata Command Center exposure.
